Players interested in moving up/down an age group for league play will need to fill out the following form to request an evaluation by the Technical Director.
- Players will only be permitted a transfer in the case of ability or safety based concerns.
- Player/Parent preference in terms of coach, team, or otherwise will not be considered during the evaluation.
- If there are any questions or concerns.
